6 – week online (Zoom) program for seniors and all who are called to tend end-of-life concerns with consciousness and care within a peer based learning circle, which includes practical applications re: Advanced Care Planning, knowledge of local resources (Hospice, Palliative Care, Funeral Services) and stimulating participant lead conversations, with facilitators grounded in direct experience of many aspects of end-of-life support and preparations.
Resilience focused through somatic and mindfulness based approaches to wellness are offered in tending this sensitive and stirring topic, even more relevant in these times of a pandemic.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 27th – March 3rd – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (with an additional 1/2 hour for Q & A optional).

Investment: Each person: $150.00 or couples or two participants attending together: $250.00. Includes weekly facilitation, Advanced Care Planning support and journal to deepen your inquiry with end-of-life.
