Living Well – Dying Well — A Day of Reflection + Cemetery Stroll

April 30, 2023 @ 11:30 am - 5:00 pm

Donation
A day of reflection on after-death care, cemetery stroll, and collaborating as wisdom keepers in living + dying!

Join us for a day of retreat as we explore an embodied and mindful approach to before, during and after death care in reciprocity with Earth, and all her beings.

The day involves somatic-based practices of awareness exploring conscious end-of-life, inquiry into known and unknown after death care practices and ceremony. An invitation to deepen, strengthen and grow ourselves into wisdom cultivators and keepers by becoming participants in shapeshifting outdated practices of care in dying and death. Take a stroll in the cemetery, connect with others and begin or review current end-of-life plans.

✨EXPLORE, REFLECT, NOURISH, CONNECT✨

This day of Inquiry & Reflection includes:

~ Beginning or continuing end-of-life plan

~ Exploring possibilities for after-death care

~ Strolling in the cemetery/burial park

~ Discussing choices for body interment

~ Deep participatory conversations

~ A light snack and tea in early afternoon

Shared embodied awareness practices into “nature as our nature” — and why it matters what our choices for after-death care are, for the earth and all of creation!

We welcome all, including past participants of our 6 week Living Well Dying Well program – you will find nourishment, further resources and community here! ????
